I just signed up for this thing, not sure if I'm gonna stick with it. If I do, I'll post more here, if not, well...you get the idea.
Suffice to say I'm 27, I'm pretty much the House DJ at the Bier Stube in Toledo, OH. I'm currently single, no kids. I'm laid back, I try to stay away from bars on my few nights off, preferring instead to go for coffee with my friends, see movies, hang out at the house, anything that sounds fun other than bars.
I'm a huge movie buff. There are way too many movies that I love to ever list here. But I'm one of the only people you'll ever meet who thought Fight Club was a brain-dead waste of time. Yeah, I said it.
I like modern rock, punk, alternative, 80's, some pop....pretty much everything except country music. And even then, I sometimes like the faster, more upbeat stuff. I'm not a big fan of slow songs. Despite (or more accurately, because of) the fact that I live in Toledo, I absolutely hate Classic Rock. Some I still like...I don't mind Hair Bands, or bands like Aerosmith or GnR, but most classic rock I've been so inundated with that I can't stand it anymore. I love and respect Ozzy and Sabbath, but I can't stand to hear them anymore. I hate Bob Seger, and I hate Turn The Page more than any song ever written in any language. I'd rather hear an hour loop of Fergalicious than hear Turn The Page even once.
Heroes, Family Guy, Battlestar Galactica, How I Met Your Mother, Veronica Mars, Arrested Development, Dr Who, Farscape (yes, I'm a geek), NYPD Blue, Rescue Me, and a couple others. I really don't watch much TV at all. If I find something I like, I download or buy a whole season at a time, watch it over a couple of days, and that's it.
