Tamsin, 22, recent graduate of Biochemistry and Genetics and now desperatly trying to get a career that combines my love of talking with my love of blowing stuff up in front of small children. Suprisingly, there are oppurtunities in this field.
I: live in Nottingham with my boyfriend and friends, use the internet for every aspect of my life, knit a lot of hats, love clothes shoes and fashion, get stressed easily, get mad at people easily, am very easily irritated and hold grudges forever, prefer dresses to trousers, love reading blogs, cry quite a lot, change my hair dramatically every few months, love charity shops and carboot sales, try and walk in heels, like having pictures and postcards all over my walls, talk a lot, am very sociable, love my macbook more than most things, love my poodle and labradoodle, have a massive family, value nearly everything else over money, hate shallow and boring people, can be extremely silly, am rarely on time and wear a lot of hats. My favourite make up brand is benefit, my favourite perfume is Bonjour L'amour! by Anna Sui and my favourite shops are mostly charity or vintage. I hate topshop (except the one pound necklace sales), river island and other incredibly bland places and wish I had the legs for shorts but wear them regardless. Going to selfridges and not buying anything makes me happy. I find it impossible to buy things full price and much prefer a bargain, regardless of how much money I have. I love markets. I am very independent and like to wander off on my own adventures, but invariable miss my boyfriend:) I dance like I should be locked up for my own safety and laugh at the self conscious. I would like a rabbit, and I hate tidying up.
I really hate myspace and facebook, but I use these:
Last.fm
and on stylemob, I'm tigerpaws.

Although the above phrase appears to have come straight from some American B-movie involving hammy scientists running around a deserted lab in a thunderstorm, it is in fact taken from a recent ITV drama. Which involved scientists running around a deserted lab in a …

One of my most recent librivox downloads was 'War of the Worlds' by HG Wells. I've actually become somewhat of a Wells fan of late, despite my inital misgivings from being forced to read The Time Machine when 12. I'll talk about The Island of Dr Moreau later, but with …
