13 HANDS/NOMADYOGA aims to expand upon the yoga, sound therapy and health education programs currently being provided in public schools, for autism and nursing homes... along with developing long term trainings for teachers and musicians to go out and facilitate this work. The music of 13 HANDS is a vehicle and a service of the company to assist in bringing these new programs, ideas, education and positive change into the social, health and educational systems of our country.
