I wanted to go ahead and thank you for reading this because I know that you probably aren't reading it all the way through the end where most people thank you for reading. :) But I am 29 and 3/4 years old (not giving up this decade until I have to) and live outside the Nashville, TN area. I love it here. For music junkies, there is no better place to be. I have a wonderful amazing wife, a great job, and a new home. Life doesn't get much better...at least from the oustide. I am so grateful to God for walking with me everyday to help me out of a mindset that was extremely hurtful to others as well as myself. It is hard journeying into a way of living that you have never known. I call it my paradigm shift because that is what is taking place in my life. It is hard and I can use all the encouragement you got. I will be praying for you all and let me know your stories. I love to hear other people's stories. And in case you started reading in the middle of this paragraph, thanks for reading! :)
I don't watch nearly as many movies and I wish I could watch. But some of my favorites are Field of Dreams, Traffic, The Long Kiss Goodnight, Dances with Wolves, Miss Congeniality, Christmas Vacation, Wag the Dog, Sneakers
When you have 1500 CDs (no lie), it is hard to pick your favorites or even list all the music you like. Here ar e a couple of artists that I am really enjoying right now. Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, Matthew West, Jon McLaughlin, Michael Neale, Sara Evans, Jeremy Camp, Rob Thomas, David Crowder Band, Skillet, Hillsong United, Jars of Clay, Phil Vassar, Justin Timberlake, Shania Twain, Chris Tomlin and of course showtunes.
I have seriously reduced the amount of TV I watch these days. I have found it to be a big influence on my life and usually impacts me in a subtle negative way. So I only watch a few shows these days. Here they are. The Office, Lost, 24, My Name is Earl, Prison Break, ER, Intervention, Heroes.
I am constantly reading something. I usually start a whole bunch of books but never finish. The last one I finished was the 7th Harry Potter book and it seriously may be the best fiction book I have ever read in my life. Other's I am currently reading ar, Screwtape Letters, When the Soul Listens, and others that I can't remeber the name of. :)
