TROOST Music features original music created by Brian Bustos. The songs were written and composed for the film "TROOST: A Street Musical" (to be released 2008). Each song tells a small story about some of the woes in the history of race relations in Kansas City, Missouri. Troost Avenue is a street, which for a time became known as an invisible line dividing race and class in Kansas City. These songs convey unique tones of passion, satire and lament about the racial injustices that the people of Kansas City have suffered and endured. Brian's creative ear has produced cultured music that is even inspirational for the layperson unfamiliar with Troost's detailed history! Enjoy!!!
