Nineteenth State is an itty bitty film and video production company based in Bloomington, Indiana. We are a group of friends with diverse artistic backgrounds who share a love of movies, and a belief that good art and entertainment can thrive outside of the mainstream.
Our process varies from film to film; some are personal projects executed by a specific filmmaker, while others rely so heavily on collaboration that direction is credited to the collective as a whole. We support each other's individual goals and share our talents when they are needed.
Our goal is to foster a DIY filmmaking scene in Indiana, the Nineteenth State.
