I'm thrilled to be working with Angel Mission, a nonprofit organization that is literally "transforming communities, touching nations." We drill clean water wells in remote African villages, then add in electricity, a community center with TV and internet connectivity, agricultural development, economic empowerment, health care and education. The result is a life center that lifts communities out of poverty and into the hope that comes from God's amazing love and the value he places on each of us.
I just (Nov. 08) married my love and my best friend, Tom. We are joined on our journey by a little shepherd/cocker spaniel puppy with the Spanish name Pastor. We've given up on rolling the R. He gives us more hugs and kisses than we can quantify.
I'm happy and thankful.
