Marc Mac & Dego are two ground breaking producers from Dollis Hill, London.
as label owners of the legendary Reinforced Records along with Ian Bardouille & Gus Lawrence they had a hand in nurturing talent within the drum & bass scene before it existed with many of todays major players making their first musical outing on their label.
credited with making the 1st drum & bass album, 'Parallel Universe' was NME's album of the year and went on to become a cult classic, they also won critical acclaim for their 1998 double disc release 'Two Pages', which earned them a Mercury Prize nomination and MOBO award.
not restricted to any specific genre the duo are known for having a long list of aliases to serve their wide ranging musical output.
2007 saw the release of 'Play With The Changes', the 5th studio album as 4hero which showcases them continuing to produce inspiring music, albeit more listener friendly compared to their earlier hardcore anthems, these days you could call it 'Big People Music' with soul.

After listening to the instrumental of the radio edit, I was reminded of Swing Out Sister and Lisa Stansfield. I can see this track being in my rotation for quite some time. The production is tight and home girl's voice is butter.
