I have never before created a page anywhere, not even on MySpace (although that's coming soon). I noticed, however, that when you tell that to people, you get odd looks. So here I am.
The beautiful Puerto Rican in the picture with me is Ruby..( my best friend, girlfriend, future wife, the one who kicks my ass when we play Super Mario Bros...)
( I love Ruby very much....)
This is her MySpace
My name is Valiant, I'm 28 years old, and I work in NYC ( beautiful, dark, huge, eclectic NYC)
And this is my page.

I pay all my bills, and then the weekend comes, and I try to be good, and buy only what I need or small things here and there, and then I wake up, and I'm broke. I know it's my fault; I am not trying to find excuses or look for sympathy ( not that anyone reads my blogs …

* But there must've been a Death Star canteen, yeah? There must've been a cafeteria downstairs, in between battles, where Darth Vader could just chill and go down:
Darth Vader: I will have the penne all'arrabiata.
Canteen Worker: You'll need a tray.

OK -- I'm watching it now, finally! I don't know if it will displace Ghostbusters or Knocked Up in my book, but it might, after another ten watchings...and I certainly couldn't bring myself to take up arms against one who would defend its honor. Ultimately, I feel it may me oranges to Knocked Up's apples (or apples to its oranges) -- so I suggest we modify the terms of our duel to include orange Super-Soakers and apple-red water balloons. I'll let you choose which you'd like. We could do it on the 4th...but I'll probably be at Coney Island watching crazy people eat hot dogs. I hope your plans are half as promising!

Ahhhh! I had it ready to go on Sunday night, and then I let myself get sidetracked. I'm a punk. It's not the only thing that's had to be postponed, though. I've been trying to get a new Virb page design up these past few days, for example, but every time I sit at my computer, something comes up. Once I get the design posted, though, I will let myself celebrate with the movie. (And no, I won't stop to get popcorn.)

OK -- it's been a long time coming, but I'm finally going to watch Airplane! It is in my possession, and all that's left now is to decide whether to go get some popcorn. (Hmmmm...) I'll stop by later and let you know what I think.
Alex, Jun 14, 2007:
Oh, it is on. (But, I do still have to see Airplane.)
Alex, Jun 8, 2007:
Would you believe I've never seen Airplane? I'll try to hunt down a copy this weekend.
Alex, May 29, 2007:
I hope it went well / I hope you feel free / I think you'll kick ass / wherever you'll be!
Alex, May 23, 2007:
Hi -- you may be my first Virbfriend from NYC (whom I don't also know outside Virb). Pleased to know you!
