About

It was the summer of 1990. Aaron and his brother spent most days making movies, playing video games, and generally being bored. The TV provided the soundtrack. On one of these days, The Young and the Restless happened to be on and the theme music grabbed Aaron's attention. He liked it so much that he sat down at one of his mom's antique pump organs and began playing exactly what he was hearing. He didn't think much of this - that is, until his parents got home from work. He played the music for them and they were awestruck. Aaron didn't realize that playing music by ear wasn't something that everyone could just do. Over the next few years, he developed this ability and gradually learned how to read music. During his freshman year of high school, he decided he wanted to take piano lessons. The lessons went very well and he continued them for about a year. It was during this time that he got his first electronic keyboard which he soon figured out how to hook up to his computer through MIDI. This led to an abundance of music writing throughout the remainder of high school and on into college. It wasn't until his sophomore year in college that Aaron decided to pick up a guitar. The worship team at His House Christian Fellowship was in need of guitar players. He and his roommate, Eric, took up the challenge and learned using a couple of acoustic guitars which had been sitting around the house where they lived. Within a few weeks, they had become proficient enough to play in public. A few months later, Aaron decided to buy his first electric guitar - a cheap lotus strat - one which matched the bass that his brother bought at the same time. Since then, Aaron has continued to hone his guitar skills playing at many different venues. In addition, he has spent large quantities of money on guitars, effects, and recording equipment. In February of 2006, Aaron was introduced to Rachanee and played electric guitar and mandolin in her band for the rest of 2006. When he isn't making music, Aaron enjoys photography, playing video games, watching movies, working on computers, and hanging out with friends.
