Last year I gave away "Voices" as a christmas present to my myspace friends.
This year I decided to do the same and I wrote a new piece especially for this occasion.
The events in the past months in the world have been a mix of terrible and depressing events, like the gruesome terror attacks in India and of course the financial crisis to name only two of them. However, there were also signs of hope. Hope is something mankind surely needs, and that is why I wrote "Voices of Hope".
My hope for you all is that you have a happy and healthy new year, and that in troubled times my music will be able to enlighten your hearts.

I am working on a couple of music projects: ""Songs of Love and Loss": a collection of songs (featuring singer Ann Van Canegem) about finding and losing love. "Relics": a collection of instrumental pieces. More about these projects is also on my main myspace page. "On the wind - around the world": in this project musicians from all over the world create their own arrangement of "On The Wind", one of my songs from the "Songs of Love and Loss" project and translate the lyrics into their native language. The song is about the feelings of loss and sorrow after the cremation of someone dear. The idea is to show that we are all the same in our grief for loved ones, and at the same time our cultural differences are such a richness that we should cherish. This project has a dedicated myspace page. I would like to participate just send me a message here or on myspace. This 20 minutes piece of music in five parts is dedicated to soldiers fallen in wars, their broken lives and dreams buried in fields of green with thousands of white crosses and markers. This project is completed and released on iTunes and most major download stores.
