The Airfare is a trio of young independent musicians, who do the music in a fair way like in the old days. They get up together, compose songs together, get through the rock'n'roll rises and falls together. The band frontman is an American singer and guitar player Thomas J. Lichtag, whose distinct casual way of signing gives the band a unique image. The Airfare have their own opinion and they are ready to fulfill their visions, even though this will not be the easiest way. ,,We record all in analogue. This is the only way how to achieve a realistic sound. Recording our music in a computer does not make sense."
The band sound is easily distinguishable. The live performances combine a sharp guitar sound, catching melodies, unexpected dynamic changes and a wild stage show. In addition, the Airfare sincerely enjoy their concerts and successfully spread their mood to the crowds of concertgoers ...
