Akouphën est une formation détonante qui navigue entre drum'n bass, down tempo, jungle et métal. En moins d'un an, ce trio bordelais a su se démarquer et imposer son style sur la scène girondine, et va certainement faire beaucoup de bruit dans les mois à venir... Leur premier album, Face A, mélange avec force déluges de riffs et beats puissants, la voix de Kloé, fragile, apporte ce contraste avec l'ensemble, tout en gardant une touche rock, offrant un équilibre entre puissance et approche résolument pop. Un mélange abrasif de machines en fusion et de guitares explosives, où la mélodie se fait quelquefois langoureuse et apaisante, pour reprendre de plus belle sa cadence infernale jusqu'à l'anesthésie.
