BIO

Born and raised in Laguna Beach, but nothing like the MTV show, Alec Bridges is a spiritually inspired singer-songwriter. Fueled by Yoga and Vipassana Meditation, Alec created and released his debut album, Look Inside, in 2006. Shortly after its release, it was awarded the Best Triple A (Adult Alternative Americana) Album of the Year in the 16th Annual Los Angeles Music Awards.

Alec is currently working on the follow-up album with drummer and long time friend Nate Wood and will be releasing a live DVD in 2008.

That to is strange as I would have been there the same time as you. Nate did the drum module first which was half the year and then did the bass dept. second. Great player all around. Strange I don't remember you there though. Small world when you're in school.
