By day I am a state government bureaucrat. By night I am the all-purpose creative guy for Medway United Methodist Church in Medway, OH. It's a 150 year old church that had almost died up until 3 years ago when a former drug and alcohol addict took over as pastor and has led the church into crazy growth. When I started at this church, there were about 30 regular attenders, and I was just about the youngest adult in the congregation. Now we're up to around 300, and have lots of young families, so it's been amazing to be a part of that growth.
