This animation was commissioned to promote a BBC Northern Ireland programme called "So Hard To Beat", which traced over 4 decades of contributions to contemporary music from Northern Irish artists such as Van Morrison, Snow Patrol, Stiff Little Fingers and The Divine Comedy. Concept, animation, direction and compositing by Allan Gildea.
