New Record | New Tour | New Opportunities for Fans

I'm headed back to the studio!!

On October 29, I'll join Nashville producer Dan Strain in the recording box to start production on a new EP, and I'm totally stoked because, as you all know, it's been a long-time coming.

The new EP will include four or five new songs (to be announced later), and will more closely mirror the folk-rock edge of the live performance. Dan's a production genius - he produced Jake Smith's "Real" cd for Rocketown Records, along with a bunch of other indies like Jen Woodhouse - so I'm sure we'll end up giving you a completely different but altogether wonderful piece o' Amy Courts to add to your collection.

And if you don't have the original 7-song EP produced by Charles Judge, no worries! You can still order it from any of my websites, or you can wait for the second to be released and by them as a dual-disc set of sorts. You'll have two terrifically different sides of me - the pop and folk rock sides - so it'll be perfect. Right!? Right.

As if a new record weren't enough, I'll also be headed out on tour again this December with phenom Jen Woodhouse! We'll be running the Southeast and Midwest-ish trails, through AL, GA, SC, NC, TN, IN, and IL, doing acoustic shows at churches, venues, and house concerts.

As always, I'LL BE NEEDING YOUR HELP ON BOTH EFFORTS!

As a totally independent artist, I'm funding the recording process totally out-of-pocket. It's a huge expense (though well worth it), so any help you can give - from $5 to $50 to $500 (anything helps!!) is much appreciated. To donate, follow the "Donate" button at the top of my profile. Those who give a gift of $10 or more will automatically receive a free autographed copy of the CD before it's official release, and there'll be even bigger incentives for those who go above and beyond.

And on the touring front, well, we can always use your help in locating, contacting, and securing dates at your favorite venues! For a full tour schedule or to learn more about what exactly we'll be up to, contact either me or Jen anytime.

I'm so giddy I could scream! I do hope you'll help me out - with prayer, venues, and money - and I hope I'll see a bunch of you out on tour!
Much love,
...a...
