I had taken the day off today to attend the "Salon du Cinema", a new exhibition held in Paris, for its second year now. I was hoping I'd meet some pros, exchange cards, and maybe even find a job with a producer.

Well, I should have known better. All I got was some wannabes listening others speak about their successful careers, and that there are no rules and no methods and it's all experience and chance. So I didn't really meet interesting people, I just heard them brag about themselves. Mind you I got free coffee.

Fair enough. I went home and took a nap. There are better days, honestly.
