Singer-songwriter. Born in 1983, living in Venezia, Italy. My music is a home-recorded funeral for a dead bird. I have released 2 albums of songs as well as soundtracks for short-movies, theatre for children and a sound installations.
My debut album, Countless Ways For Pressing Flowers (2007), is a collection of dreams. Press was so hot the all-white cover blushed: it has been nominated between the best italian indie album of 2007 and won the Italian Indie contest. Several international videomakers released 9 videoclips, shown in an art-exhibition in Verona.
My second album, Melancholia I (2008) has been written for the eyes of a girl. An album with a soul wrote Losthighways mag. Thanks to this album, I have been selected by Blow Up mag to play live in the Italian Wave Festival Q13.
My music's influenced by the bipolar songwriting of Lisa Germano and Daniel Johnston, Sigur Ros, surrealism, alchemy, snow and a girl named Alice. Even if some say I am alike, I am not a huge fan of Radiohead.
In my free time, I like writing, taking photographs and reading.
