Andre van der Walt is a band from Pretoria, South Africa. The line-up consists of Andre Pereira on vocals, Paul van der Walt on guitar, backing vocals & programming and Tjaardt Swanepoel on bass. The band started in November 2005 and sings in Afrikaans. Their sound could be described as a fusion of hardcore & electronic music. The band released their debut 6 song EP, "Kontra", in August 2007.
