So I've been reading this book called "One Thing You Can't Do In Heaven." The one thing this book concerns is to WITNESS. This is sharing your faith with other people. And I have to say, I definitely do not do this enough. This book really has been inspiring me to step out in faith, and TELL someone about Jesus and what He has done! If I am truly saved from my sins, and truly believe I will go to heaven when I die, then why don't I tell more people about this awesome reality? Why don't any of us tell everyone we encounter about the free gift Jesus offers us? We tell people about the movie we just saw, or a commercial we think is funny. We tell people about restaurants we like, or music we listen to, but we don't talk about the one thing that supposedly has "changed" our lives! If our lives are changed, then why do we act just like everyone else? Why is the divorce rate among Christians the same as non-Christians? Why is the attitude towards popular culture the same among Christians as non-Christians? We are failing miserably in the area of sharing our faith, and I challenge anyone who reads this to go out into your world, and tell someone about what Jesus has done! Thats all. Thanks.
