Despite numerous reports of his death, D.O.A.’s Joe Keithley has dispelled rumors that famed drummer Chuck Biscuits (ex-D.O.A., BLACK FLAG, MISFITS, DANZIG) has recently passed away.

“He’s well and alive, so that’s good news,” said Keithley.

According to the Canadian Press, the reports seem to have originated from a single blog post written by New York freelance writer James Greene Jr., who has since claimed that he was duped by an anonymous emailer.
