I never know what to write here so here's a review:
Arrows are an awesome band hailing from Australia playing that Midwestern music made famous by Mineral and Christie Front Drive. If you haven't noticed already, I am a sucker for that genre - and especially for Australian bands.
"Don't Interrupt Me" is off of Arrows' upcoming split with my friends in These Hands Could Separate The Sky, which I am super stoked about - especially if all the songs sound this good. Mixing Karate's trademarked lazy guitar lines with the moodiness of CFD, this song fits right in with all of the Caufield bands. It is bands like this that make me wish it was still 96 and Crank Records was still dominating the music field. The song is emotive and beautiful, with gorgeous guitar lines, powerful drums, and hushed vocals.
If you live in Australia, try to catch this band on tour with THCSTS right now and be on the lookout for the summer release of the split between these two amazing bands.
