It's been a long time since we gave you a hardcore update. And while a lot of this is old news, a lot of people might not know.

Firstly, Bryce Randall has left his position as Atombender's drummer and is in pursuit of bigger and better things. He is currently attending Bryan College in Tennessee majoring in studliness. You guys probably knew this if you've seen us since the school year started, but I kinda just realized that we've never officially announced it.

On that note, Atombender's new drummer is none other than the manly and mystical Ben Weidenhoeft. He's been of longtime friend and supporter of ours. He said about the transition:

"I'm very thrilled to join Atombender. I've known most of these kids since before they started skanking. It's great to be in the band after a year or so of helping them out and playing shows with them while in other bands. I'm excited about the future of Atombender and my future helping these guys push this tank somewhere good."

Concerning the future of Atombender that Ben is so excited about, we've been spending the last few months writing songs like mad. We've had a great time writing them so far and we're looking forward to playing them for you guys and getting them recorded this spring. We're planning on getting out on the road as much as possible this summer, so if there's a place you'd like us to come, let us know! We want to see you.

We're also getting a couple new batches of merch that look pretty sweet. Come to our next shows and check those out (we have 3 coming up to finish out December!)

I didn't want to leave this last part out of this blog. We want you guys (the fans) to know that you're the reason we keep playing. It'll never get old unless we stop seeing your smiling faces at the shows. I know that sounds really cheesy, but I don't care.
