How did Jon happen to be Jon?
Well, he happened one winter day back in the seventies near Paris, a suburb in fact that was just a suburb. But Jon being Jon, or so he thinks or thought, it had to be a town he'd never set a foot in again. I mean, you're only born once, aren't you? He never set hand again there anyway.
Jon started the guitar, or the guitar started him...who knows...anyway, Jon did not really start the guitar, it had existed long before him, but he started to play the instrument and composing on it at an early age because he thought that you might as well try to write tunes if you play an instrument. So tunes he wrote, many. And still does.
In a way, Jon continues to happen every day, maybe each time he picks up the guitar and revolves his brain and turns it upside down and scratches his forehead (some say it's a lovely one) trying to catch a catchy tune. So he says "hey catchy tune, won't you get yourself be caught somehow" and sometimes the tuneful tune, the melodious melody, does come his way. Jon, ever the optimist, says that it's as close as you can get to happiness, but you can still add love, joy and all that stuff as well at other moments.
So, now let me reach an end that will look like an ending.

But he won't bear any grudge if you don't, or dog any by the way, he's not so grudgy, in fact he's not at all!
