someone once told me that myspace and online comunities like this reminded them of that sleazy futuristic world on 'total reacl'. i couldn't agree more. but at the same time i found it quite fun to do e-mail with little puctures attached to who you are e-mailing and you can also look at their e-mail lists and see if you know anyone there and on and on it goes! i finaly broke down and made one of these virb things. steve at states rights records suggested it and many other friends swore that it was far better than those other sites. it's not that i didn't believe them. i'm sure they were right. but what with, e-mail, myspace, bank statements etc... that i check every day in these modern days i didn't want to add yet aother thing that i had to check. but in a fit of being anoyed by 100s of band requests and, "look at my naked web cam" requests and the over all slowness of myspace i decided to take my friend's advice and try out this verb thing. so far it's much faster, easier to use and seems less sleazy. Not to mention that it is not owned by fox. It seems fun to mess around with the colors on here. I tried to make an irie vibe.
this is a bad weather california virb. it will mostly be used to comunicate with people about BWC stuff. but as my musical life and my personal life are deeply intertwined i'm sure there will be plenty of friend talk too.
