Brittany, an 19 year old from the Seattle area, has been singing most of her life. She loves to write music, play the piano and guitar, and lead worship.

"I want to be closer to my God," is something Brittany Borland has been praying for and singing about for most of her life. At the young age of 13, Brittany began experimenting with songwriting and the deep love she felt for God came to life through music. She writes every song with a great passion to reach those that are hurting or searching to find the truth. Her lyrics are transparent and her listeners instantly feel they can relate--she connects with all ages.

As Brittany launches her first CD, she keeps her heart and feet firmly planted in God's Word and His direction. She has always trusted in God to lead her, and her vision goes back to a line in the song Closer... "I want my music to challenge listeners to 'get closer to God'--it's that simple".
