Yes, of course there are spoilers. How can you talk about "Lost" and not? (I know I used the word as a verb in that cut link. I did that on purpose because it made me smile.)

So, yeah. Lost. And you know, I feel I must preface this because it's probably something everyone who watches the show has already deduced, but I didn't catch it when everybody else did. But, in my defense, I don't fangirl it up online and stuff. I don't check in with fan sites or message boards or anything.

The Six have to go back to the island because they are the only ones that will see Locke's group. They came to the island at the same time, so they will flip through time just like the ones still lost. The Six are the only ones that can not just rescue, but rescue in the right time.

OK, I did read one thing about the show - Ausiello Files, maybe? Anyway. The article said that fans who are getting pissed about all the jumping and lack of answers just need to be patient for a few more episodes and they will start getting answers, and the tempo of the show will return to that of earlier episodes. Now, I just started watching last year. The only preparation I did was checking out that eight minute catch-up clip that was made before last season. But I am digging this time travel jive. Love it! It's coming from all this stuff I've been interested in the past few years. Physics and chaos and quantum mechanics (oh my). I'm cool with the time flips and the thinking and all. I like to think. I'm a fan.

Ah, you know what? I think I might search out a fan site that talks about all those aspects of the show.

We are getting 60 mph winds again. I really hope the power doesn't go out. I was lucky last time and only [well, so much for my epiphany. They pretty much just said as much on the damn show.] lacked power a couple days. Some people went over two weeks. Bleh. It sounds pretty scary out there, and Pearl has been tweaked all night. She's finally laying down but hasn't closed her little eyes yet.

Oh, sweet! Super sweet! I forgot that I bought myself a treat this morning. I had a wicked shitty start to the day - let's just say I exploded a ginormous tub of lowfat vanilla yogurt all over myself and my carpeted kitchen. Really. Who carpets a kitchen? Really. Anyway, so I had to stop at the gas station for milk (seeing that in print really makes it sound like a bad idea) and I bought myself a Reece's peanut butter egg. I thought to myself "ooh, you'll have a nice little treat to have during "Lost" tonight." And lo' and behold, I do. Yum!
