FYI, I'll be helping out some buddies of mine by filling in on drums for their gig at Wild Wings of Anderson this Friday night (4/20). The band is called Stool Pigeon. They have a very 80's type sound with splashes of current pop mixed in. It's about 75/25% on the cover to original ratio. Don't expect a flawless set though, they haven't played since New Year's and I've only practised with them a few times. Getting 30 or so songs down in a couple of weeks isn't the easiest thing to do.

However, do expect to have a good time! The music is fun and so are the guys. It may be worth checkin out either in a "hey, I heard some old guys are throwin a killer party down the street, let's crash it" kind of way or maybe a "4 car pile up on the freeway involving a budweiser truck, a bus full of circus clowns, a lowrider escort packed to the brim with shirtless minorities, and a fully loaded, feathers flying everywhere chicken truck" kind of way. Whichever, it should be fun!
