THE Billy Bacci makes music alot, ranging in many different styles. Most of the stuff on this site is his more commercial material. In the vast black hole of music that IS Billy's library lies a plethora of overtly noise music and static experiments.
Bacci has currently been going under the alias Neon Birds. Neon Birds combines off-kilter sounds with a fractured melodic sense and unconventional song structure. Bacci's nest album is coming out later this year. The album is half conceptual: 4 of the songs titled Snowstorm are loosely based off Ray Bradbury's short story: the Pedestrian.

yo we should record some shit and co-write this one tune. i wrote the bass line. it's pretty good, but I can never come up with and guitar or lyrics for it.
