Well if i'm honest w/ myself this should be ever changing--- hopefully always growing-- always stumbling forward--- pressing on. Life is far too big, and time is far too precious to spend it exclusively on the persuit of my own interests. Jesus was the ultimate example of this. In a perfect world i would hope to leverage all of my time, energy and resources to promote Christ--- but i'm stupid... and selfish... and lazy---- Constantly i battle these desires--- My prayer echoes David's "Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds. Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come." ---

Expectations...

Good Leaders understand that they are the mouthpiece that must define and/or reiterate the vision.
