1. Call the company- The earlier the better. 2. Wait For the Call- The shipper should be calling you within 24-72 hours. Make sure that before this phone call comes that you have planned where and when your motorized vehicle should be picked up. The actual pickup time of your vehicle will vary. It can be anytime during the day usually because companies run their service 24 hours daily. It's crucial that you're ready for pickup and have the appropriate paper work sorted out.


3. The mover will now perform a "Bill of Landing" procedure. This is done to check what type of condition the vehicle is before the shipment and will also, in most cases, be repeated again after the shipment.
