On Sunday we are beginning a series called, "Churchy: Myths, Metaphors & A Girl Named Molly." Each sermon has a movie title that relates to the movie. This Sunday, the title is "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly." We'll be talking about how all three of these adjectives can sometimes describe churches. In Feb. one theme we will be discussing is how everyone has specific roles. No one is more important than anyone else, although some have greater responsibilities. We have writers block and can't come up with any good ideas for a title. The closest we've come is "The Big Lebowski" (thinking of someoneone big & important), but it's honestly not very good.
So, you can enter this contest by suggesting a title. The winner, if he or she can lives around here, will receive a beverage of your choice from Starbucks (or some other place if you don't like coffee or tea) with me & we can talk about, quote, and maybe even re-enact the movie that you thought of. Also, if a winning lottery ticket blows into my hand, I'll share the winnings with all of you who entered. (You can leave suggestions here, or via Facebook, e-mail and carrier pigeon.)
