Our good friends Karrie & Uma, and their daughter Anju, moved to Dallas several years ago. We haven't gotten to see them very many times, so it was great to spend some time with them. Thanksgiving lunch with them was some of Uma's amazing Indian food. She's an amazing cook. Karrie showed us around their new house, we relived old memories, visited a bunch & the kids had a fun time playing. Our time there was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Beth's parents & sister caravaned with us on our trip. From Dallas, we headed East to Tyler to Pine Cove Camp. There we met up with Beth's brother, Corey & his family, Elizabeth, Luke, Noah, Anna (and Tate who is not yet born - he's still just a Tater Tot).
We had a lot of fun being there. Highlights would include making Gingerbread houses, taking Cole to ride Socks (a horse), singing like old people in the Scavenger Hunt, hearing a really good speaker which was good for my soul, and eating lots of really good food.
