Lane Moss was hired to work alongside me in Youth Ministry. He starts next weekend! He will only be here on weekends because he has a semester of school to finish up. Once he graduates, he and his wife Kelli will move to Tulsa. Somewhere in there he will go from Intern to Associate Youth Minister. Our plan after that is for him to get comfortable with his role & when we feel the time is right, I will begin to hand things off to him & back out of Youth Ministry. At that point, I'll be working with Dave & will be mentored by him. Once that phase is comfortable, I'll assume my new role as Lead Minister and Dave will launch his new role as Pastoral Care Minister.

Back to Lane. I'm really pumped to have him. I got to work with him at camp this past year (both in the planning stages & during the actual week of camp). I don't have any hesitations about him coming. I think he'll be great for our church & youth ministry.
