Our backyard was a mess ever since the The Great Ice Storm of '07. We had 1 1/2 trees to clean-up. We are able to use a lot for firewood, but the rest we trimmed & drug to the curb. FEMA is paying for trucks to come clean up stuff if it's on the curb. 110 or so trucks are doing the work. I can't imagine them getting it all done in the promised 60 days, but we'll see. Anyone need some mulch.

We were able to get it all done & bag 10 bags of leaves that had piled up by our fence (I'm not sure how deep they were, but they were taller than Levi - he liked hiding in them). Beth helped me a lot & saved me some time, so I vacuumed the house.

We had some fun times with the boy. Levi wrestled with me a lot this afternoon & that was my highlight.
