About

Brizene has been a figure in the 519 DnB scene since 1999 hosting his first party, or should we say flop, on April 21 named "All about the Music". The company was called, "Peaceful Enterprises". Not willing to give up there Brizene scratched that and went straight back to the drawing board. Learning from some big mistakes and having higher expectations the birth of "100% Personal" arrived on September 29 that same year and was one of the best party some people have still ever been to. A solid line-up of Toronto and local favorites bringing in over 500 people easy, with every patron wanting more when they shut it down one hour early. The next party to come would be the one year anniversary for the small company and big tings were brewing. Borrowing large amounts of money from some pretty heavy players in the neighbourhood, feeling that he had a sure thing, Brizene then flew in Darren J, Jo Jo Rock and Mc Fearless only to lose about 20 thousand dollars, and go out of business.
Turning his concentration to Djing after the various Dj's at parties would bail out and want a break for a few. Turning out to be a natural talent continued to spin from then on. Affiliates such as Chronic Sound System and Souljah Sessions Radio would open their doors to him to help expand his horizons. After a short time and a sharp realization, Brizene realized that the way to get ahead was to start production of his own trax. So in 2005 thats what he began to do. Now with a number of club bangers under his belt and with the calibre of production increasing his sites are now set in the direction of Audio Engineering.
Getting engaged to the Beauitifl Kyla in 2008 will prove to be a big move, with the launch of "Baby Souljah" the first of the "Baby Junglist Clotrhing" line geared at all those new DnB families. Also launching soon is the "lil Souljah" Line being the second line to release this year.
Comin in June of 2008, the first pary in the "Souljah Sessions Quarterly" series and also the 6 year anniversary for Souljah Sessions Radio will take place. With the likes of Dj Steppa already booked to headline that show along side the Souljah Sessions Crew , Dj Woody Wood and Dj Wigs. A second room will added and will be featuring local hip hop talent such as "Kage" and "Sharky".

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov)
