Coming from Ouzbekistan, Malik Alimoekhamedov (guitar, vocals) arrived in Belgium in 2000 as a nearly accomplished musician. He took parts in various projects like "Brizz", "Atomic direction" "2PretyCons" and "Delirium Tremens". The last one became b-Shake in 2005. Their first album (downloaded 10000+ times), called "Our Future Begins Here" was recorded and released in the same year. It included "Insane" and "Superman", both still live favourites today. "OFBH" is still available for free through Jamendo.
Two years later, the band is back with a brand new line-up (Regis Vanderslyen - bass, Gus Hennecker - drums), brand new heavy catchy songs in a brand new EP called "re-Tuned", working basis for the recording of a second album. This one will see the light of day next summer. And the band is looking forward to burn some stages down during the festival season. ...

L'histoire de b-Shake a commencé en 2005. Fondé à la base par Malik Alimoekhamedov, chanteur et guitariste en provenance d'Ouzbékistan, b-Shake est l'aboutissement des diverses collaborations successives de ce dernier, baptisées « Brizz », « Atomic Direction », « 2PrettyCons » ou encore « Delirium Tremens ». Dans sa première mouture, b-Shake a mené à bien la réalisation d'un premier album 9 titres, « Our Future Begins Here », distribué librement sur la toile via Jamendo, et téléchargé quelques 10 000 fois.
C'est dans une nouvelle formule, à trois, complétée par le batteur Hennecker Augustin, arrivé en octobre 2006 et le bassiste Vanderslyen Régis, dernier venu en octobre 2007 que b-Shake s'est finalement stabilisé et entend poursuivre sa route. Une marche en avant confirmée en novembre 2007 avec un nouveau EP trois titres « re-Tuned » qui doit son nom à une façon propre à Malik d'accorder sa guitare. Ce nouvel EP est la base d'un nouvel album en préparation, à la croisée de l'indie pop anglaise et du rock alternatif US. Sortie à l'été 2008....
