Here's what we know:
Capitol Basement has progressed immensely since its birth in early 2004. Gaining exposure throughout the greater Seattle area, the band is looking to expand their audience through the remaining forty-nine states. While the members of Capitol Basement are currently in high school, "they're great, even without taking their age into consideration. With their age, they're phenomenal." says Bob Rivers, Radio DJ for 102.5 FM KZOK Classic Rock. Keep an eye out for Capitol Basement in a town near you.
In The Park, the band's first full-length album, spans a plethora of genres and touches on such influences as The Secret Machines, Schoolyard Heroes, Vendetta Red, The Strokes and The Arcade Fire. Released May 11th, the CD is now available at iTunes, and featured tracks are available for listen on the band's Myspace.
