Well hey....my name's Carey.
I'm originally from the Pacific NW...
...but I've been living in southern California the last three years.
I moved to New York about a month ago to work on my writing, stand-up and an off-broadway show called "Satellites."

Those are some really well shot sunset pictures. Was there something in the sky that day that caused that rich color or were you using a filter?

I've lived here for.. exactly a year now. :) I came up from LA, intending for it to be a simple summer vacation with the newly transplanted family, and it progressed into something much bigger than that, to my joy. :D I took the year off from school, but am now transferring up here to go in the Fall and work toward what will in 8+ years be a PhD in Psychology. Good times. What about you? School? Goals? Necessary etcs? :P
