I made this logo for a garage door installation and repair company called Garage Door Guys. The company was founded by three people, a father and two sons.

They asked for a logo that used caricatures of the three of them and the name of the company on a ribbon. I personally don't like ribbons very much, especially in logos, but since it was a specific request I decided to give it a try, and I think it actually worked quite well and they liked it.

They wanted the logo to portray the feel of familiarity, closeness, reliability and trust that a family business can have, while displaying a little bit of their unique and fun personality through it as a family.
