I've gotten a couple of comments about my somewhat scary-looking profile photo in the short time since I uploaded it, so I figured I'd explain it a bit.

It is indeed a picture of me, but I did my best to make the most psychotic face I could, then turned up the contrast really high to make it look as threateningly psychotic as possible. Why, you ask? Well, it was a product of me thinking I needed to have some sort of photo combined with being in a rush combined with not wanting it to just be a picture of me smiling for the camera. So why not a picture that makes me look like a serial killer?
