Coffee And Records Info The small City Bolzano in the very north of Italy is known for its wonderful landscape, the amazing weather, the beautiful women, but certainly not for its good pop music. That's about to change: Some might know Bolzano's son Christian Pitschl as singer of a well known punk rock band, we'd love to introduce him to you tonight as Chris And The Other Girls.

After being part of the punk rockers dressy vagabonds for six years, Christian decided to start his solo project Chris And The Other Girls in 2004, as he moved to Vienna and didn't really find the time to rehearse with the other boys! What started as a straight solo performance turned into a singer/songwriter project that has no fix members (except for chris), but many musicians being part of it. The music is very diversified, from simple and intimate solo songs to indie pop tunes, but what all songs have in common is the amazing catchiness and the great melodies.

The last two years have been a pretty overwhelming period for this new band, airplay on GOTV, MTV, VH1, indie radio stations all over the world and enthusiastic live shows that many people will remember with nothing but a smile on their faces.

In early 2006 Chris And The Other Girls' debut Let Go came out on Coffee And Records and honestly: we can't wait for the first full-length to be released in may 2007.
