it was a snowday about a year ago, and I wa looking out a window into the front yard. The bright morning sun reflecting off the snow gave a REALLY nice bright and flat light source that I wanted to experiment with.
Lighting is key to great photography, I know that much, I just don't know how to do it yet...

It isn't always very noticeable, but you can clearly see my different colored eyes in this shot (especially the big version)!
