i've been reunited with some of my old mp3s now that i've finally consolidated all my old files onto one computer again. i picked out "james iha" from my old mp3 collection, and gave it a spin again. "let it come down" - a nice album! i find myself singing along with every song. that was james' first and only solo album that i know of, which he did shortly before the smashing pumpkins broke up. it's funny, i used to LOVE the smashing pumpkins, but as it turns out, james' music is the one i play more. musically, i still think SP did some really neat things, but i just can't take billy's voice like i used to.
