We are Computer Perfection, of course. And who are you?
We four are currently writing & recording intermingling melodies of various lengths & widths to be compiled on record at a later date on the Le Grand Magistery label.
Depending upon audio requirements, our studio moves around the house (or around the block) as necessary, from dining room to den, from hallway to cellar. We are slowly fermenting a bizarre mix of antiquated instruments, dinner parties, obsolete synthesizers, film nights, familial relics, sound-emitting and recording devices, morning coffee, microphones, longing, laughter (does anyone remember laughter?), vacuum tubes, single malt scotch and M&Ms.
3rd person narrative: Until recently, Bem & Gene lived in Brooklyn, with Burgundy and LTD in the exurbs of Detroit. The comrades often traveled between both cities for recording sessions, performances and late-night meals. A cozy old apartment in Red Hook served as the satellite recording facility for several songs, and was the setting for many Computer Perfection demos. Eventually B&G parted ways with their beloved 3rd floor walk-up, making tracks back to the Renaissance City with a baby daughter in tow. Mr. Nathaniel F.H. Burgundy IV, heir to the Burgundy fortune, returned from a two year quest ("mystical studies" & "mystical bird-watching") to join Bem & Gene in residence at the Romantic Air Recording Company HQ in Ferndale. By way of fate, coincidence, and careful planning, Little Tommy Daniels had already taken lodging within pedaling distance. And so the band plays on, on occasion.
...let's never die, just laugh our way into infinite time.

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov)
