Cornelius Craft

Hello, I'm Dallas Cornell. I've recently relocated to the resplendent, rugged town of Woodbury, MN. This town is one of the many suburbs of St. Paul, the capital of Minnesota. Why Minnesota you ask? Well, it's a gorgeous place full of bugs, heat, and cold. There's more than that for sure, but that sounded funnier. My sister actually moved here some time ago, went to school, got hitched, and became a mom. So I have a base out here, but I moved because there is a better art and music foundation out here for the type that I am.

At the present moment I am working on building a portfolio, of sorts, for my furniture. Furniture? Wild, right? Yeh, I started making furniture once I moved here. It was born out of necessity and boredom, but now it's looking like something I want to do on as big of a scale as I can! Make sure to take a gander at my projects over in the Homeland that lacks a Security department. ;) www.corneliuscraft.net

Have a good day, and thanks for checking me out on VIRB!

Dallas Cornell

Love Me Tender - Live at Phil's Fish Market

Here I sing the timeless classic, Love Me Tender, at Phil's Fish Market in Moss Landing, CA. Phil's is the restaurant that my dad and I performed at for the last six or so years on Thursdays. This performance was from the last night I was in town. The very next day I hit the road to Minnesota.

Enjoy!

Episode Eleven: That Steinbeckin' Sign!

I've always been one to notice odd spellings. In my hometown of Salinas, CA, We have the National Steinbeck Center. Steinbeck grew up in Salinas. On a side note, he spent a great deal of time in the Ukraine. Well, there is a sign for a parking structure that has been misspelled for a very long time. Maybe it was the fact that a Ukrainian film crew was coming to town, or someone finally had a revelation, but either way they finally fixed the sign a week before I left town.

Enjoy! :)

I had an exceptionally, fantastic weekend in San Francisco, CA. I went to see the band Nickel Creek for the first time in my life. With me went the girl that I met on the airplane when I traveled to Minnesota for Easter. We had a killer time and then Sunday came and I had to drive home. I chose to drive down Highway 1, because it is beautiful and I wanted to spend some quality time on it that day. So enjoy this out-of-sequence Episode. Episode Six: Content to be Determined will arrive shortly. Now back to cooking!

The latest and greatest addition to my knowledge of soft drinks is this new nectar, Lenindade. I talk at great length about it here. CORRECTIONS: blehhhh...only my fourth episode and i have let loose with some misinformation. Commie Town is actually in the Fremont district in Seattle, Washington. Not Portland as I state in the video. And it's Leninade Dot Communist not Lenin Dot Communist. GEEZ!!! But everything else is correct :) I'll be more factually aware from now on.
