Currently I am living in Denver, CO and I am an IT supervisor with a large company. I'm very excited for this new opportunity to expand my career and do some travelling. Currently I'm set to visit the Philippines in April, and sometime later Argentina. The call from KC turned out to be smoke, which is fine. I start training on my MCSA next week, so for the next few months I'm going to be finishing that up. After that, hopefully I'll be in a position to finish up my MCSE and possibly move forward with my current job. :)

Interesting development
Well, long story short, the supervisor for the Manila helpdesk was canned today, so I put a bug in my boss's ear to make me his replacement. So I might be moving to the Philippines in the near future.

I don't mind the use of asterisks to emphasize a word if it is used in an internet context; chats, blogs, forums.
I don't like when people pronounce it asterik (without the s). I a m not sure if that pronunciation can be correct, but it bothers me.
