1987 first band Toe Jam formed for high school battle of bands. i was the drummer. we won and got paid $100! 1988-1991 Played drums and sang a few for 3 piece goofy punk band "fat stinkin belgian bastards" we played covers of bands including wire, naked raygun, early police, minutemen and television theme songs. we also did about half the set of originals which were sorta like the dead milkmen. we put out a few cassettes. 1990 the oneils: a surf rock band .. i played drums and was the early incarnation of sunbrain. eric nail and myself along with chris mcgough. shortlived. about a semester in college. the band was named after the wetsuit manufacturer 1992-1996 sunbrain formed in 92 and i initially played drums but switched over to vocals for the first two albums then guitar for the last sunbrain album. 1992 played drums for The Push for about half a year. A 3 piece ska band with tony tidwell and mikey dwyer 1993 Sunbrain "Perfection Lies" released on now defunct Grass Records 1994 Sunbrain "Good Side" released on Grass 1994 Sunbrain "Live" released Grass 1995 Grass fires Sunbrain gives us back our new album entitled Liquid 1995 We "sunbrain" self release Liquid on Ghost Meat records 1995 Sunbrain breaks up 1996 I Join This Bike is a Pipe Bomb and play drums for them for almost 2 years 1997 This bike is a pipe bomb first 7'' i played drums with terry and rymodee 1998 This bike is a pipe bomb first 10'' drummer 1998 Left This Bike is a Pipe Bomb to focus on solo stuff 1999 David Dondero "the pity party" self released on ghostmeat 2000 "spider west myshkin and a city bus" self released ghost meat 2001 "shooting at the sun with a water gun" released Future Farmer 2003 "the transient" future farmer 2003 "live at the hemlock" future farmer 2005 "south of the south" team love records 2007 august David Dondero "simple love" for a more extensive background on sunbrain go to www.ghostmeat.com russ hallauer has all the 7'' info.. lots splits ... a few with early omaha bands.
