iPhone, you're so pretty, but ...

... i want to break you into a million pieces. So, after waiting in line for 5 hours (on my vacation), then rushing back to my condo to activate, nothing works. I think I've talked to everyone that works at AT&T and they all have two things in common -- they're actually quite pleasant, and none of them know anything about anything.

I'm going on 48 hours and still not activation. I'm really close to taking it back and giving a big F U to AT&T. Apple made a huge mistake going with AT&T.

I was an Apple customer for life but this has definitely made me re-think that.
